Adaptors
Villa Langka Boutique Hotel voltage is 220 volts. For your convenience adaptors for various types of electrical plugs are available at the reception.
Airport
Phnom Penh International Airport provides international and domestic flights. A departure tax has to be paid at the airport of 25 Usd for international flights and 6 Usd for domestic flights. For airport transfer, please refer to Taxis
Baby Cots
Our hotel provides complimentary baby cots, upon availability.
Baggage Services
Baggage can be stored in our complementary luggage room for a short period of time between two different stays at Villa Langka.
Bar
Open till 11.00 pm at the pool side.
Bathrobe
Bathrobes are provided for your use during your stay. Should you like to buy one, please ask the reception (price $30).
Breakfast
Buffet breakfast is available at the pool side from 6.30 till 10.00 am.
Bus ticket
Bus tickets for around the country and to Vietnam are available at the reception.
Check in time
Check in time starts at 2.00 pm.
Check out time
Final check out time is 12.00 am. Later check out can be accepted if the room is available with payment of an extra charge. Late check out before 6.00pm additional charge 50.00%, late out after 6.00pm additional charge 100.00%
Cooking
For safety reasons cooking in the room is not allowed.
Drinking Water
Please do not drink tap water. Two bottles of complimentary drinking water are provided in your room each day

Available on request at the reception
Extra- Bed
Extra beds can be added in some rooms.
- for adult and children over 12 years old : $15 charge per extra-bed (plus vat)
- for children from 4 to 12 years old : $7.50 charge per extra-bed (plus vat)
- children under 4 years old : free
Prices include buffet breakfast
Fitness and Club Gym
At “The Place” 3mn by walking from Villa Langka Hotel. Please request a coupon for each session at the reception. Payment must be done exclusively at the reception of “The Place” club gym.
Hair Dryer
Hair dryers are available in every room
Hot Water
Due to our solar water heating system, hot water can take approximately 20/60 seconds to come through. Please be patient
Keys
Should you loose your room key, please contact the reception. There is a 20 Usd fee to reissue one.
Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services
Laundry bags and laundry forms are provided in your room. Please place your garments in the laundry bag together with the complete signed form. All laundry handed in before 10.00am will be returned the same day by 7.00pm
Massage – Manicure - Pedicure
Face and body massage, skin care, manicure, pedicure, for both men and women is available in your room at Villa Langka Hotel . Contact the reception for appointment. Payment has to be done at reception of Villa Langka exclusively. Please request a receipt. Tips only can be paid directly to the masseur or beautician.
Mini-Bar
Every guest room is equipped with a mini-bar containing a range of beverages. Your room attendant will advise the front desk of your daily consumption. Please note that every bottle or can opened will be charged to your account.
Minors
No minors allowed in the rooms without parental supervision
Newspapers
Daily local and weekly newspapers are available at the poolside/breakfast area.
Payment
Payment can be done by cash or credit card ( VISA and MASTERCARD) without additional fees. For long stay a deposit is to be paid at the beginning and the balance in various instalments during your stay in Villa Langka Hotel.
Pets
We are flexible about pets in the hotel premises. Please notify the reception
Restaurant
Our restaurant ”Soul Kitchen” is open for lunch and dinner from 11.00am until 10.00pm. Last food order by 9.30pm. The bar is open till 11.00pm.
Safety Deposit Box
It is located in the wardrobe closet of your room. An instruction board is placed on the top of the safety box. Please keep inside all your valuables. The hotel shall not be liable for the loss of personal valuable items left in your room.
Security
Hotel security is provided 24 hours by security personnel. For your own security and protection please remember to keep your door locked while in your room and always identify any visitor before admitting them.
Single Room
The rate of our single room is on the basis of 1 guest per room. In case of occupancy by two people, we will charge 15 Usd more (plus 10% vat)
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please use the terraces, balconies, corridors where ashtrays are at your disposal in these areas.
Swimming Pool
Towels are provided at the bar by the pool. Swimming pool is open from 6.30am to 11.00pm.. Please do not take to the pool the white towels from the rooms.
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Swim suits must be worn. Oversize inflatable toys and balls are not allowed.
- Villa Langka Hotel accepts no responsibility for any accidents in or around the pool.
Taxis
Our hotel can organize the transfer to and from the airport, and any other destination in Cambodia. Payment must be made only at the reception of the hotel. Please request a receipt.
Television
A large selection of satellite channels is available in your room
Tipping
Tipping is not compulsory. However if you should wish to tip, we recommend you use the tip box located at the reception. Tips are gratefully received and shared equally among all staff.
Umbrellas
Umbrellas are available at the reception and by the elevator
Visitors
In accordance with our hotel regulations, only registered guests are permitted to use the guest rooms. If you wish to invite or receive non-guests in your room, please inform the Front Desk. All visitors staying in guest room after 11:00 pm must be registered at the Front Desk.
Wake Up Calls
Please contact the front office to request your wake up time.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Please ask to the reception for Wi-Fi password
